Terms & Conditions

Services included in the accommodation price:

• Rental of the villa per week;
• Maid service 3 times a week;
• Change of towels twice a week and linen once a week.
• Costs of water, electricity and gas.

Available against extra payment:

• Cots (under 2 year-old), high chairs, extra bed, food pack, air conditioning⁽¹⁾, pool heating⁽¹⁾, transfer from/ to the airports.

Booking conditions:

• Upon receipt of the booking request we will make a provisional reservation on the property for a period of 7 days from the date of booking. The booking will only be valid upon the receipt of the deposit within this 7 day period.
• The number of people arriving at the property cannot exceed the number of people booked and paid for. The properties are booked from 4pm on your arrival day to 10am on your departure day.
• A refundable breakages deposit of 200 Euro is required upon arrival ( credit cards are not accepted, only cheque or cash ).
  Summer Tours cannot be responsible for missing or stolen objects in and outside the property.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Minimum stay: flexible.

Payment:

• A non-refundable 30% deposit of the total rental price is required upon the booking request.
• The remainder must be paid between the booking confirmation and at least 6 weeks prior to arrival by cheque or bank transfer to an account designated by us.
  

Cancellation terms:

• The cancellation notes should reach us by post, fax or e-mail.
• The 30% deposit is non refundable.

Cancellation between 42 - 29 days before arrival - 50% of the total price is due
Cancellation between 28 - 22 days before arrival - 70% of the total price
Cancellation between 21 - 15 days before arrival - 90% of the total price
Cancellation between 14 - 0 days before arrival - 100% of the total price
